Wisdom Family Foundation Hosts Donation-Based Self-Defense Class

Did you know that it's estimated that up to 40.3 million people around the world are being trafficked, and that many of them are children? Sex trafficking is one of the world’s fastest-growing criminal industries, generating an estimated $150 billion a year. With the expansion of the internet, the circulation of child sexual abuse material (legally known as “child pornography”) has exploded worldwide.

At Wisdom Family Foundation, we are passionate about protecting children and providing youth with the tools they need to thrive and overcome extraordinary challenges.

On September 26th at 12pm, Wisdom Family Foundation will be partnering with Thrive Fitness Club in St. Charles, IL to host a DONATION-BASED, covid-friendly, self-defense class. ALL donations collected will be MATCHED by the Wisdom Family Foundation, and donated to Operation Underground Railroad. O.U.R. Rescue is a non-profit organization that specializes in rescuing children from trafficking, aiding in their recovery, and convicting the perpetrators.

Due to COVID-19 safety measures, spots to this class will be limited and masks will be required; however, we will be livestreaming the class on youtube so that the information can be accessible to any and all! This class is COMPLETELY donation-based, meaning NO donation is too large or too small. Tickets for the event can be found through the link on the WFF Facebook page.
